Overview
The Law Society NT has made some changes to the way in which we ask law practices to report in relation to trust accounting. This seminar will cover the changes as well as provide an overview of trust account reporting obligations. The seminar will also provide a short discussion on some of the common problems that arise for practitioners in relation to taking instructions from clients and other dealings with trust money.
This CPD is ideal for any practitioners who deal with trust money, or any practitioners who have clients that pay money into trust.
